Meet Coach M
My name is Michaela Robichaud and I am the Owner of Movement by M! Having worked in the fitness industry over 11+ years, I have found my purpose in helping people live happy and healthy lives. ​
As a health educator and personal trainer, it is my passion to help others be better versions of themselves.​ I’ve had the pleasure of working with many individuals from all walks of life and developed a passion to encourage, motivate, and guide my clients through training to live pain-free, strong, adventurous lives. I am a firm believer that if we, as humans, take good care of ourselves mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally, then we will not only live healthy lives, but we can help take better care of those
around us, too.​
Movement by M is more than just a gym. It is a place where you can increase confidence, build relationships, enhance your physical capabilities, and live a more purpose-centered life.

She is an avid platelet/blood donor at the Washtenaw Red Cross Chapter and has donated over 25 gallons so far in her lifetime.

She owns a professional dog sitting business and rotates between 12 families throughout the year.
